Food Pairing

This crisp Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with:

Seafood & Shellfish Oysters, grilled fish tacos, ceviche, sushi, or steamed mussels with white wine and herbs
Fresh & Light Goat cheese salad, asparagus with lemon, Caesar salad, or fresh spring rolls
Herbs & Citrus Chicken piccata, herb-crusted halibut, lemon risotto, or pesto pasta

Vintage Notes

The 2021 vintage in Russian River Valley provided ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. Cool mornings and moderate daytime temperatures preserved the wine's natural acidity and aromatic intensity. Early harvest captured vibrant fruit flavors while maintaining freshness. The combination of stainless steel and minimal neutral oak contact adds subtle texture without masking the wine's pure varietal character.
